I want two think Camille Johnson for helping me to under stand the issue I been having since January 2022 that the other manager did not help me to understand my neighbor told me they had a new manager at hickory hill that will help me with my issue and she did just that made me understand my whole issue now it have been solve I am very please to have you as my manager at hickory hill. I noticed some people's value the safety of others, by wearing mask inside and outside. I Haven't had any problems with mice or any others rodents. My neighbors are friendly and stay to themselves. Like any other apartment living, it gets out of control sometimes, but there are other peoples coming into the complex that don't live in Hickory Hill, Security is on top of it. It will be one year living here with my daughter & grandson, We have enjoyed our security, space and privacy. We could use a larger refrigerator.

This place has turned into a mini ghetto. People do not supervise their kids who play tag in and out and around your vehicle. Other residents invite friends over to eat carryout and smoke on the apartment building steps and leave the trash as well as liquor bottles. There are roaches and mice. The rent is extremely high and goes up $40-45 every time you renew and they make you pay a 175 amenities fee with no amenities. Please do not move here and get trapped, unless this sort of living environment appeals to you then it's a ghetto person's dream.
