Do NOT move here! You will regret it! You can not control your A/C and heating all year long and during the spring and summer months you will suffer! The A/C has been down for a full 24 hours once every week and it’s only July 2nd. They will not notify you in advanced or whenever there’s an issue. They’ll just tell you that someone is working on it now when you call with an issue. The temperature is 95 degrees in my unit today and has been since 3pm. They don’t hesitate to send out rent reminders on the first but they forget to notify you when they’re gonna cut the water off or when the AC goes out every week! Move somewhere else.

I moved to this development in 2012, when I first got here the apartments were of a subpar quality. The maintenance crew was not very attentive and rarely ever throughly fixed any issues I experienced. However, I would say in the last 2 years there has been a change in the maintenance team. The maintenance guy Colin and others have been on top of every issue. In the past, I've constantly called and complained about a roach and mice infestation and the issue was never cured. Since the new maintenance team came in, I've complained about this issue one time. They spent an entire day in my apartment, from about 9-4pm, looking for holes that mice could be coming in from and filling them. Since they came out I have not had an issue with mice. They also sent out an extermination team. What really impressed me was that while the maintenance guys were in my apartment they looked for and fixed other issues they seen that I did not even call about! I can truly say that this new maintenance crew is the reason I've decided to stay here a bit longer.
