The key the post office left me to open our package post office box is broken in half. Something the mail man should have noticed.

I had rescheduled a package delivery for today, but it wasn’t delivered. At 7:30pm, I called the office and the woman I spoke with, ( Meg ), was very helpful . She located my package and she is personally delivered it to me within the hour ! I’m very impressed with the service and the fact that they answered the phone after business hours ! There are still workers that go above and beyond ! Thanks to the Venice, Florida postal service !

Absolute joke. Impossible to get through to a human when their cheesey voice mail system can't help you. The US is now officially a third world country.

Unlike many of those who posted here - my experiences ( over the past 6 weeks) have all been very positive. The staff are helpful and friendly. Patiently show me all the newest commemorative stamps and patiently explain the various prices and options for larger mailings. It's usually busy but the line moves quickly.

The Republicans are trying to cripple the postal service so mail in ballots don't get counted in November.
They don't have the passport renewal forms, however you can print them out from the State Dept.'s website get your new pictures taken at Walgreens or CVS and then mail ✉ everything out.
Please Please fix the kiosk in your lobby. I like to use it at night. Less chance to catch COVID. Plus it's not a 1000 degrees. Tyvm
