Both the Field Fresh Farmer's Market and Frederick Farmer's Market had honey for sale this Saturday when we were there.
It depends on the vendor. Many of them have Square on their phones, but some are still cash only. If you're looking for the most common items (veggies, dairy products, flowers), you can generally find vendors there who take cards, but it really depends on the vendor themselves.
