They helped me when no one else would. The entire staff is amazing and very helpful. Walking in you get good vibes. I can't wait to see where this program takes me in my recovery. I would recommend Genesis 100%.

I've been on a couple of programs. But this is the first one that made me feel welcome, warm and they are very nice .They actually want you to achieve what ever your goal is on working with your addiction! I would recommend anyone who needs help with their addictions to Genesis.

Does anybody know the minimum amount of time it take to earn monthly take homes? I know it all depends if u follow the rules so let’s say the person follows all the rules? I only ask cuz the place I’m at now takes 2 years and that’s just too long!

Thank you for your question! Our policy regarding take-homes is consistent with Federal guidelines but, having said that, it does not take 2 years to earn them! At Genesis, we evaluate every patient on an individual basis to determine if the benefits outweigh the risks. Time in treatment is required by Federal law but you could earn the 1st take home within your first 90 days.

So many people abuse methadone and either take it for a high or are still doing drugs while on it. How do you all plan to make this situation better?

What kind of dumb question is this? You sound like a Karen because you’re too busy worrying about what other people are doing. These programs are designed to help YOU get clean. They aren’t designed for Karen to worry about what others are doing!
