I reserved my room through a third party reservationist. I reserved it through an app called Agoda. We secured three rooms one room was supposedly smoke-free it smelled like cigarettes and air freshener. I was in a room on the second floor; it was okay, it was clean it smelled good and suitable for the two nights were gonna be here. My other contacts, on the first floor, were disappointed. They felt it was not clean not well kept. There was a consistency in things not working in the rooms. My toilet didn't flush because they had turned the water off in the back of the toilet. But that was immediately fixed. The telephone does not work I don't know if it's unplugged or what. Thank God I have my cell phone. In my friends rooms, the TV didn't work and so he had to call the front desk for that. It seems that the person at the front desk has to also work with rooms so when you call the front desk, no one answers. I don't think they have enough staff. So, unfortunately I will give them a two maybe three star rating. Primarily because of the service deficiencies one comes to expect in a hotel.

Does not live up to DI standards. A/C worked, TV was fine, water was too hot, bathtub slippery, bed comfortable, Price reasonable. But bathroom (pic) was in need of repair. Outside of motel was a mess. Pool , empty of water, carpet in room and furniture need to be thrown in dumpster Room needs good cleaning. No place to hang clothes. Won't ever stay again.

I wouldn't even take a one night stand to this dirty place.They say it's a 3 star hotel. Not even a one star. Dirty trashy rooms were not even clean. Grounds look like a dump. Staff is so unprofessional. Pictures are from the bathroom. I didn't even take a shower I waited till I got back home the next morning. Last one I book online with this company. Going to stick to Hilton from now on.

Positive: Front desk clerk. Negative: This was the dirtiest hotel I¿ve ever stayed in. The bed covers were stained. One had blood stains. There were insects everywhere. The grounds were filthy cigarette butts everywhere. I didn¿t feel safe in or out of my room.
