One star because the front desk staff were nice, we should have asked to be moved from the moment we walked to our room. Other guests were in the hall way yelling at each other. When we returned to our room later the same guests were arguing in their room. We figured it wasn't that bad since it was only 10 pm. We were wrong. This went on until 3am. When I called the desk they sent someone up but nothing happened. After driving 9 hours I just wanted to sleep. We always book comfort inn, I will not be returning to this location when we return in August.

the room was dirty there was a huge stain on the carpet we thought it was paint left by workers, in fact it was ice cream which was still fresh, the bed was not properly made, we asked for another room, the one given to us as a replacement had only a small bed and not a king size and this for the same price... moreover when we paid we did not understand the price correctly (we are foreigners) we paid in cash and the change was returned to us on the payment of a room at 130.02 dollars By asking for the invoice the next day we realized that the amount on the invoice was 113.02 and not 130.02 the person who gave us the change knew very well that we had confused thirty and thirteen we therefore reported this problem to the reception or the director refunded us 10 dollars and told us that there was no error and that the checkout was ok... it is obvious that this overpayment is not going into the cash register of the hotel but in the pocket of the hostess ... this person is dishonest check your change if you pay in cash...

The room was not clean. Which I heard from others I was staying with that was across the board. The ac unit looked like it had never been dusted. The chair in the room was dirty. The shower head had not been cleaned as it had pink mold on it. The toilet rim had pee on it. There was hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived. This hotel was the same price as all the others in the area that seem to have better cleanliness.

I didnt even get a chance to stay. Me and my family pulled in the back of hotel and some staff was smoking pot. I read reviews before your staff is on drugs sir. My mom.. and sister both complained everytime the girl housekeeper walked by she reeked of weed. I just dont feel comfortable having my room cleaned by someone who is high on the job i will not be coming back!
