I have been training with Jarrett for nearly five years, and I love his workout programs. He‘s helped me reach my fitness goals while considering my medical conditions to avoid injury. Also, I like that he provides personalized attention and is professional, polite, and patient with me!

I worked with Jarrett on nutrition — he is clearly great at what he does! His suggestions were informative, thorough, and have been really easy to implement. It hasn't been long, but I'm already feeling more energized and looking forward to seeing more progress. Would highly recommend Jarrett for anyone looking to make a change!

I couldn't begin to describe how great this group of professionals are. The personal training and nutritional services they provide are the best in the area, with an extensive knowledge base and ability to help almost anyone. This combined with a friendly and welcoming attitude from the trainers and everyone else at the gym make them the perfect people to go to to get strong, lose weight, or just feel better about yourself!

Jarrett got me in phenomenal shape right before my wedding day. Couldn’t have done it without his nutrition coaching and helping me make better choices. Really didn’t feel like too much of an adjustment to my current lifestyle as we worked in phases. It felt so much better to work on my “lifestyle” rather than another diet that won’t work. I recommend him to anyone who’s tried everything that hasn’t worked, he actually cares about his clients.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to improving someone’s health and fitness. We each have our own strengths, needs, and obstacles, and therefore will each have very different needs to reach our goals. An exploratory call allows our coaches to listen to your unique situation and suggest what may be best for you. If we think that one of our services would be a good fit for you, we’ll offer to talk more about it. If not, we will at least make some suggestions and point you in the right direction. Either way, you can rest assured that you are getting honest and objective feedback of what we think would be best for you.
The short answer is no. Though nutrition coaching can have positive effects on our clients’ health, it would be out of our scope to use it as a form of treatment. We highly suggest that if this is your goal, that you reach out to a dietician instead. Once you are in the care of a proper professional for your condition, we can collaborate with their plan of care by working on your fitness and healthy habits as a means of support.
A consult is a singular, hour-long meeting in which the Coach will help to guide or give feedback to the client’s nutrition. Nutrition Coaching is an on-going process in which the client and coach connect regularly to work through barriers and towards goals. Consults are great for helping with education, whereas Coaching is great for execution of sustainable change.
One hour is reserved for each training session, however if the client needs more time finish their workout (in the case of someone who is training for a specific goal or event, we will often times allow them to finish out the workout on their own as we move on to our next clientele.
When starting up with us, we do require that the client first commits to an initital 12 week package in order to reserve a spot on their Coach’s roster. Each Coach has a limited number of clients in which they can care for, so they are also committing to you by having you on their roster. At the end of the package, you will have the option to continue training with your coach without the commitment of a package. Packages do have an expiration date, but we ensure plenty of time and work with the client to be sure they get their sessions in.
