I was at the center the evening of 4/19/22. The African American woman at the front desk could not have been more condescending and rude. Completely unprofessional.

Don't honor appointments

This place is overly booked. I was told to arrive 15 min before the appointment; to be safe I got to my appointment 30 min early. After 30 min past my appointment still was not called. I checked with receptionist to see how long I have to wait she stated it will be another 15-20 min. So basically the place is running almost on hour behind. If you want to spend your entire day for MRI; this place is perfect for it. I ended up cancelling my appointment.
