We had the opportunity to work with Melissa Govoruhk at Debbie Dogrul Associates for the first time recently. As experienced landlords with a couple of properties, we were really impressed! She was very knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with, accessible, and responsive. She was particularly great at reviewing and understanding our property in the context of the local market. In addition, she marketed our property like no one I have ever seen. This included several special open house events, custom online listings, special showings, etc. We rented at an excellent rate, and in less time than we expected. From the time we went to a seminar with his company, in January, to settlement closing in October, we were able to count on his professionalism and attention to every detail involved in this process.
