Dr Levin took me in 3 years ago when no one else would when my PM doctor of 13 years retired. He saw me for me. Dr Levin is not only professional and courteous but well informed in chronic pain. He is fair but a stickler for the rules and regulations (which any dr should be). He has a professional bedside manner but also wants to know about your personal life which is how a dr should be. He does not judge you for your chronic illness. I thank God every day for Dr Levin because without him and his care and treatments I would not be able to work full time and take care of my family.

Dr. Levin, while at Riverside Orthopedic and Sports Medicine in NYC, prescribed 88 pills of Oxycodone for what was fairly moderate neck pain. At the time, this seemed very irresponsible. Luckily, I never took the pills or likely I would've been one of the many thousands of addicted to pharmaceutical heroin casualties in the USA today. This "Dr" is a cause, not a solution for pain.

Questions & Answers

Any doctor who leaves their patients the way dr Levin did should lose their license !!!!!NO PATIENT COMPASSION !!!!!!

Unfortunately, compassion isnt a requirement for a medical license. Although i didnt appreciate no notice of departure i believe things happen for a reason! The doctors that have taken over the practice i believe should at least have a chance in helping Levins patients. So an open mind and patience is the best way to get through this major change. The staff that are still there were slammed also and are doing their best!

Are you a part of the MedStar Montgomery system?

I have severe, chronic pain and suffer from anxiety. I found pot helps me with the pain and my anxiety. Does anyone know a doctor has actually prescribed medical marijuana?
