Had to get a new oven and stopped by the appliance section where I watched two guys who really care about taking care of customers. William and Denny each had 5 older ladies asking a lot of questions. Both gentleman were patient, kind and gave some great advice while managing the line. I would not hesitate to send my mom, wife, daughter or best friends to this store. Great to see great human beings like William and Denny serving our community.

This is the worse Lowe’s I have ever experienced with in my life. Do not try to call them over the phone because nobody answers the phone at all. I have waited 30 minutes for someone to answer multiple times. Customer service people are too lazy to answer the phone and they are not properly trained either. One person told me they could take payment over the phone for appliance order and another person told me they couldn’t. This is exactly why I go to Home Depot instead. Lowe’s does not care about customer service at all.
