Make sure you don't accidentally leave something in the car that you need back. It cost more than my rental charge for shipping and they don't follow through with any kind of timely action. An initial quote of $34 turned into $68 because I couldn't return during business hours which now has added another $69 just to get my item back. On top of that, I was told they would send my item back on a specific day and when I called the following day for tracking information, I was told it was never sent out and that I would have to pay double shipping and then wait another several days to get my item back. The item left was a key, not anything big or bulky and $69 was one of the cheapest options. Not even sure I would have ever been notified of anything if I didn't call back. Very bad customer service! Of course it was all fine until after they had my money.

I paid for car insurance by any accident through expedia.com and at the time of picking up the car the customer service guy said that insurance it has nothing to do with them and that it does not cover. The offered me to pay insurance again and use my insurance car in case you don't buy with them. No good!!!

Very poor beat around the bush service. No mention of them changing my rental car until after payment. They didn’t even have the car I booked online a month in advance. Bad experience and poor service. Do yourself a favor and use enterprise or Turo

The staff folks were great ... minus one star for requiring a credit card with a debit card. Why make us pay more to cover the credit cost??? Been a long time since I last had to rent a car ... and I hope it will be a long time till I need to again lol

I never add their insurance. I usually will use my capital one credit card and they cover the rental if you use it up to 100,000 if an accident occurs, and I also have my full coverage insurance that covers as well so I have double coverage. Talk with your insurance and make sure they will cover you if you rent a vehicle so you don't have to spend that money and can use it elsewhere.
