You can’t go wrong with these donuts…especially when the service is like it is at this location. The kind lady handed me a fresh dozen glazed warm…right off the press! Yummy!!

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. That is not the norm for Krispy Kreme. The hot sign was probably still on because they forgot to turn it off. As for the bad doughnuts, I don't have an answer. Could be that your kids were sick with something else or just a bad batch. Either way, you should complain to the manager. I hope your kids feel better and that this never happens again to you or anyone.
I don't know when the hot light is on. All I know is the donuts there is not freshly made. They come from somewhere else.
