If I could give zero stars I would. I called for a pricing and said I would call back when I called back for the cab he said “NO” this is not how you run a Business. They want to make money but their feelings got involved. Their terrible no sense of customer service !!!!!!!

Always have available cars once you call them. Different from other car service agencies; they always come. Have used them for years in Staten Island.

The cabs are dirty, sometimes they smell like cigarettes. The customer service is horrible!! They lie about your wait time.
