Not handicapped accessible!! I tried to visit there in my power wheelchair and there is a giant speedbump covering the full front of the building so I could not get in!! Will take my business elsewhere!!

Me and my husband and best friend went here and browsed around.The staff stopped my best friend and asked to search her purse.They were very rude and I will never shop there again.

Me and my husband has been shopping here for the past year. Never had a bad experience until today. This emo looking girl who worked there decided to follow me and my husband around the store. Even though there were others to attend to, she felt as if me being a person of color is more important to harass than anyone else. This is disappointed and hurtful. She make it look obvious. Not shopping there ever again

This place is very selective on who can look at the products and opening the boxes to see the product. This business is not friendly at all. Zero stars , I would not recommend this to no one!!

And everything you have is online for free. Word of advice, take the down stairs and put booths down there. That's wher the money is at. Cause c'mon now. Who buys DVDs now a days. When it's easier to purchase the whole movie online. Emovies killing redbox like they did blockbuster , u can store all of your 30k DVDs in an external harddrive and use the space to make money. Each booth a dollar for 5 minutes 😀 if u can keep it full just for say 5 hours 20 bucks each booth and another 5 plus another 5 say u keep it busy 20 hours a day. Now it's ur business sir. So ask yourself. Does Lucy have a valid point ? And that's that I don't know how big the downstairs is but if it's like the 1st floor size, mam I'd fit at least 10 booths in there because you know that's the best part of going to the Adult book store. Ur very own private booth to enjoy uraelf a good flick in closed environment,
