It's great if you don't get pushed out the door by a certain person that works there. New Dryers but 90percent of washers were not in service and the one we chose first shouldn't have been in service. It did not drain properly so the grumpy that worked there wasn't happy that they had to walk a few feet and run a respin on our clothes and my gf wasn't happy when they were still soaked when we took them out . So because we were told that a storm was coming and they were shutting down earlier than they were supposed to because of the storm so we left there with alot of very damp clothes because we were told about the early departure 30 min before we had to leave . I wouldn't ever want anyone to risk injury or have a Panic attack over my clothes. The wet clothes compared to human beings is no comparison , the clothes can be replaced the people can not. All in All I would recommend on a nice day and if washers are new or fixed to use this place for their laundry needs.

Being that they can’t update their hours on here I’ll just do it for them. Apparently they stop washing at 8 cause they close at 9. Not 10!! They don’t even have hours posted outside their business. And more than half of their washers and dryers are out of service.

I used to love going here but now they have more DRYERS THAT WORK GREAT THAN WASHING MACHINE. I spend 4 hours instead of an hour and a half because I have to take tuens with the largest washer and the ONE 75LB dryer. Only two original staff members there who are both cool with me but the new spontaneous thing wont work

We arrived at 6:00 and put clothes in four washing machines with little to no issues (one of the washers took our change and wouldn't start , but the staff was happy to help out and started it for us). That's where the pleasant experience ended. Nearly 60% of their dryers were marked out of order, and half of the remaining dryers didn't heat up. We sunk $30 trying to dry cloths from 6:30 until we were told to leave (along with the other 10 people in the building) at 8:50. Our cloths were still soaked when we left. No offer of money back, no sympathy, just "ya'll get to leave your job at quitting time don't you?" This was 3 days after Laura ripped through town. There are a lot of people without power and without homes. Compassion costs nothing.
