Worse Mc Donald's ever. After waiting over 45 mins to get my food my order came out all wrong. Burger we're not to order and buns were rock hard. The chicken nuggets and fries were sitting forever in the warmer Fry's were cold and soggy and nuggets were rock hard. And worse part of experience is when I went to get my money back there were cockroaches crawling on the counter. Save yourself the hassle don't waste your time or money here

Very fast and friendly customer service. I ordered a Double Quarter Ponder with Cheese, medium fry, and Strawberry and crème pie, and literally every single item was perfect. The burger was so fresh it almost melted in your mouth, the fries where the perfect temperature, crispness, and salt to fry ratio, and the pie was also the perfect temperature and cooked to perfection. I am extremely pleased.
Large family living
Went through the drive through today, 3/21/22, I had ordered 2 strawberry cream pies. When I received them the had expired at 2:09 p.m. it was 7:00 p.m. when I got them. We told the lady at the drive-thru and instead of her telling us to throw them away she took them back through the window. Which is a big No-No right now with the covid. They proceeded to remove the stickers and handed me the same two pies back. I called into the store and told them what happened and now I'm having to sit and wait 15 minutes for fresh pies. I was at this location on April 16th 2021and my sweet tea was not a sweet tea. I called and was told they would write my name in "the book". I came by today, April 23rd 2021, and when I got to the window after ordering my food I mentioned the tea. I was told they refused to replace it because I no longer had my receipt. At no point in my phone call was I told to keep the receipt. This McDonald's has lost my business. And as a mom of 9 we hit McDonald's at least once a week.

IF Minus 5 stars were available that would be given..NEVER AGAIN! I give up. I will never spend one cent at a McDonald's. Today I Ordered 2 McRibs and was told OUT OF McRibs BOXES. Before leaving drive thru window i opened the squared shape boxes to find 1/2 McRib patty on each sandwich and served on round dry stale buns with very little sauce. Never told any of this, guess they hoped I be miles down road before I could figure out I was given 1 McRib piece of meat cut in half and placed on 2 Quarter pounder buns, 1/2 teaspoon of BBQ sauce all in a square d quarter pounder box. I have had ENOUGH! I have not received a correct order or eatable item in over 6 months. It's so salty u can't eat it, or it's hard as rock, it's dry like plastic OR adding todays account- meat patty cut in half and served as a whole piece of meat, but charged for 2 whole patties, wrong buns, wrong boxes are JUST SO NASTY U CANT EAT IT. I'm attaching photos of the sad nasty food. A Copy of my receipt also shown. SHAME SHAME ripping off people of their money. SHAME!
