So found this hotel while heading to Georgia, thought would be a nice place, first room was a totally time warp, very old carpet and the window didn't shut all the way. Asked for a refund because I was In the time limit but the person wasn't around. Some time passes I go back to the desk and he finally appears. I tell him the problems he says he will give us a better room, we went to the other room everything was fine. It felt like that's what we paid for then outta no where a roach was crawling up the wall. Went to the lobby nobody was there again. So we are sleeping I'm the car tonight. Hopefully we get our money back tmrw

Didn’t have a phone in the room, black mold in the bathroom, room took two days to get heat in there fully had to run a space heater, have been trying to call and get a idea of when my deposit would be refunded into my bank and can’t get ahold of anyone. Every time you call it says number not valid. My deposit isn’t even showing in my bank account that it’s pending in my bank I have a receipt showing that it was refunded but would like an idea of when it will be back in my bank will never stay there again

I have been staying here for 2 weeks now and just want to say it’s not as bad as some people have stated. It may not be “high maintenance” like some would have hoped but the service is great. When we first arrived I noticed our fridge wasn’t running, I let the office know and the man came to our room right then and gave us a new fridge that worked. The room was clean, there are no bed bugs or roaches to be seen. The only “bad” thing with our room specifically is that the bathroom door won’t really close because some immature person messed it up at the top but with it only being myself and my husband here, it was not a big deal at all. There is no pool, there hasn’t been for as long as I can remember and their breakfast buffet isn’t available. The ice machine does not work because someone turned the water off for it and it burned up but they are trying to get that repaired. If you have the extra 25cents on you you can go right next door to Burger King and get a large cup of ice if you need it. It’s not a big deal. The staff are very nice and they will help you out anytime! P.s. they do tell people when they check in that as long as they haven’t damaged anything and haven’t had extra guest staying when check out arrives they will be refunded the $50 deposit. It is not posted on a website but they do tell you in person.
