Waited 45 minutes for drinks the people whom were seated after us had they're food before we ever did, never got the food, walked out.

Standard Chili's. We stopped by for supper during vacation. Our server Mike was great. Not busy at all on a Sunday night. Love the 3 for 10.99 menu items which include a drink and appetizer.

My steak was grossly underdone and it took 20 minutes for the waitress to even come check on us. There were 3 other tables, so it wasn't like they were packed. The waitress was nice when she was out in the dining room.

Chili's is consistent with the food and drinks served; however, the service is always iffy here. Sometimes I feel very welcomed and other times I feel as if I'm an imposition to the wait-staff. Also, I feel like the advent of the table top tablets is taking away from the server-diner relationship across the restaurant industry. But, I will say that the Spicy Shrimp Tacos were amazing!
