This was an incredible church for decades. Thus, the positive reviews. But having suffered a terrible church split, I'm sad to say it's become unhealthy and dangerous. Truly. Under the new pastor (Rob Rogers) and a complicit elder board, lies, corruption and spiritual manipulation ABOUND for the sake of protecting their power, position and money. That's not opinion or sour grapes. That's true and verifiable. They've lost THOUSANDS of members and are rebuilding. And while things look nice on the surface, the foundation is shaky at best.. Be so careful. Antennaes up!

Grace Chapel has been my home for over 7 years. If you want bold, solid biblical teaching that’s not watered down or sermons that sound like main stream media talking points, this Church is for you!!! It’s had its ups and downs, but NOW God is doing something NEW here!! The pruning has been painful but definitely needed. What the enemy intended for evil, God has intended for the good!!!!!!

It is so unfortunate and heartbreaking what has happened to this once unparalleled church. I have been remotely following Grace Chapel for 2 1/2 years and learning from Pastor Steve Berger. I cannot watch or learn with the current pastor any longer after hearing all of the proof of what has gone on behind the scenes. I do not have the sense of the Holy Spirit's leadership any longer. Even from afar, it is very evident that there are things being hidden from the congregation, and transparency and boldness in truth are not the norm any longer. Praying for all.

This church has lost its way under the new pastor’s leadership. Rob Rogers spread lies and false accusations at the founding Pastor, severing the relationship and resulting in thousands of Grace attenders to leave. Much of the staff left also, as they cannot be a part of the evil happening there. So much to unpack, just do your due diligence. Now the pastor is doubling down on his lying . dishonesty, and pride, basically saying good riddance to the people that left when they witnessed what was happening. He cut them off, blocked some, then said bad things of them from the pulpit. This is a man that should be caring for his congregants, loving them, wanting truth and reconciliation for them! Pride goeth before a fall, and Grace Chapel is falling. This church was wonderful for 30 years, destroyed in less than one. There is something spiritually dark happening at Grace Chapel.

Questions & Answers

What's with the fire damage on the pulpit at your Church ?

Funny story: Our women's ministry was hosting an event in the Sanctuary and they lined the stage with silk flowers and candles. You can guess how that ended. The running joke is that it was the only women's event where men were invited - firemen! Haha. The pulpit didn't get fixed because of a couple of reasons. One - that pulpit is a sentimental, hand-made gift given to Pastor Steve. Two - Pastor Steve thought it was a great reminder that the pulpit always needs to be on fire. Thanks for asking about that. God bless you friend!

How can I get a copy of Pastor’s great message on “Bringing An Accusation Against Someone”. Sept. 30. What a message! Thank him.

Hello! We will pass along your gratitude. You can watch the message here: https://gracechapel.net/media-series/kavanaugh-biblical-qualifications-for-bringing-accusations/

I have a daughter and her family visiting this weekend and I want them to come to Grace Chapel with me. Her 3 kids are young but are very well behaved and she will want them to sit with us through the service. Is that allowable?
