My mom ordered the chili and one could have cut a knife with it. Asked server for some broth or hot water to thin the chili. Waited over 5 minutes. Then went to hostess and asked if we could get hot water for the chili. Waited another 5 or so minutes while we watched the hostess lean on the hostess stand and chit chat with other Chili employees. By this time I had finished my large dinner salad. Finally some hot water was delivered to the table. My salad was delish. Don't recall the name but it comes with a cheese quesadilla. My mom said the chili was disappointing and she would not order it in the future. I have not been to a Chili's in awhile but next time i get to the Nashville area, my mom and I will most likely will go to a different restaurant.

Awful experience, went during the least busy time of the day. When we first walked in the hostess looked at my girlfriends chest the entire time they talked about where we wanted to sit. Almost walked out and left at that but stayed. then as the hostess was walking us to our table turned back around and looked her up and down. then our server was good but when we went to the bar to ask for boxes the guy had just told me to grab the ones that were under the hostess stand. then went back to his conversation with some dude at the bar about some girl talking about her provocatively. will never be back to this location. pretty sure the hostess that looked at her chest was also the manager or would have asked to talk to a manager.

The food and my server was good, the drinks not so much. I order 2 for 1 drinks which comes in the rocks drink depending on the drink, I had a whiskey sour. My server brought out the 1st one and when I asked for the 2nd I was told the 1st drink was a double pour. It was not! I could barely taste anything in the first. The bartender lied and said it was a double pour. If I wanted 1 drink I would have asked for it. Find another location to go to because this one will try to cheat you.

I guess I missed the memo. Within a year my experience at chilis went from a solid yeah to a hard no. So many frustrations between the 25 minute wait with a preponderance of tables to a wait staff that preferred standing around to engaging its customers. I previously would have defended Chili’s along with Arbys to my death as a spot I could rely on. No more. Arbys walks with me solo now based on the service, quality of food, and overall experience. It pains me to deliver this review, but I offer a second star in honor of how things used to be.
