Came to Office Depot to safely ship a monitor form east coast to west coast. They ended up dumping everything in a box and sending it over. Monitor ended up cracked and broken. Paid $70 for this service. Won’t be coming back they did not pay attention to serving a quality product.

No sense of customer service….tried to self serve….did not work …. Waited for specific person to help… asked twice and waited…. Store was not busy…at least one desk person was on her phone …felt like I was a bother…from out of town, so found my way here, found a parking place …paid for gasoline , space and print…very unusual for Office Depot staff to act this way …. I have some 20 years of experience and a commercial account with Office Depot. I am very disappointed and will find another vendor in DC….
