My sister went with excruciating jaw pain, saw a NP and she prescribed antibiotics + ibuprofen for pain. We thought she'd finally be able to feel a little comfort but CVS said they never got the prescription for ibuprofen. I called and the receptionist said she will let them know. It's been 5 hours and there's still nothing. My sister is in so much pain and it's very upsetting that she should've felt some relief hours ago but instead she is still crying, waiting to get into another Dr's office.

Today I was feeling like I was ran over by a Mack Truck, I went to this Immediate Care facility and was treated kind and very professional from the front to the back the two receptionist was very kind not just to me I witness this to other patients, I was seen in a timely manner. The nurse that took my vital was kind and professional and the NP (Tizita Tessema) was very theral during her examination and questions. Thanks so much GW Immediate & Primary Care McPherson Sq
