Having been to their location in New York City I had an expectation for what our dinner would be. I took the family here after a long day of walking around DC they were starving and thirsty... We were seated promptly. We asked for a pitcher of water that never came even though other tables got it we never did. We ordered calamari for an appetizer that after an hour never showed up and there was no explanation it just didn't come. Ordering family style we ordered two pasta dinners that took over an hour to get to our table. My daughter and daughter-in-law asked for flat water to drink, when we got the bill we found out that they charged us $26 for bottles of tap water they filled front the sink ( the bottles used to pour were already open with no cap). The food was very good everything that we got tasted delicious. The service and the missing food created a disappointing experience for the family.

We took an Uber very hard to find public parking unless you pay for parking. Out Hotel provided a garage for us. A lot easier than looking for a place to park. Also Carmine's was a great choice.

I attend with my company & it was about 25 of us. Reservations were made in advance.
No. Best to take public transportation.
These questions are not addressed to the business. They are addressed to the general public.
Yes, they have parking in their building and the elevator will actually open into the restaurant. Last time there was during workday lunch and paid @ $20 for parking.
I dont think so because they have their own alcohol and best thing is to call them. Most restaurants that sells alcohol dont accept to bring your own.
If we knew they would be outa biz!
Yes they do, prices average $15, and is still meant to be shared.
There is metered street parking by the courthouse
