Attendant was helpful, I had a dryer that wasn't heating up like the other one I was using so I switched to a different one and she loaded up the time.

They stole 25 of my hangers from home, refused to replace them, and it took 4 days to do 18 pounds of laundry. I was told it would take from Tuesday to Friday, which I was OK with. I paid on Tuesday and tipped 33%. I brought a stack of wire hangers from home and asked them to hang all my T-shirts like they have done in the past. They hung none of my shirts, returned none of my hangers… And when I asked them about it their reply was “we are short on hangers”….. so that makes it OK to steal mine? I reiterated my point that these were my hangers I brought from home and purchased on Amazon… And they still made no attempt to replace my hangers for me.

Professional, yet friendly. Understands customer needs re:specific wash/dry instructions & great at folding clothes. Managers Jenn & Kayla make sure the washers & dryers are cleaned & sanitized every night. Well worth the $15-$22 spent every two weeks, to get my 2 loads of laundry cleaned!

Yes... their 'wash & fold' service is really good. They upped their prices: $15 for 12lbs; quilts & non-clothing items are an up charge, and no rubber-backed rugs allowed.
For drop-off service, our price to wash and dry a king sized beadspread or comforter is $20.00 for non-down items, or $30.00 for down-filled items.

Yes, the largest washers are 8 load washers and large enough for king comforter

Yes, we have two 80lb washers. They are the largest washers in the laundromat, about half way down the row of washers. We also have two 65lb washers next to the 80lb washers. Hope to see you soon!
