I went to return an item I purchased but don't want.

Don't get your passport done here. They don't know all the rules of applying and will argue and tell you you're wrong for no reason. I needed to include a specific paper and they were refusing to add it in and telling me I was incorrect. I went out and double checked online and looked over everything and went back in again and they finally took my papers. Who knows if I will even get my passport now. They are extremely rude, sarcastic, and incompetent. A little kindness and courtesy would go along way when dealing with government paperwork which can be stressful as well.
