They need more sign in the breakfast area in different languages and more trash cans ,just make hand written hand how to use the pancakes machine one couple clearly for another stay do speak English but was of Rusia she see the labels in the machine I explained how to use I spoke Spanish and English understand Portuguese language and yes clearly you are the first option for travelers of the airport. I like the Breakfast every day different coffee good and fresh . The pool really warm. I just have some issues the last day was If are getting out at 11:00 am is a least knock the door 45 min early not at 9:30 am that is my issue.

The check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the rooms were clean. However, the room was not serviced unless you notified the front desk that you wanted the room to be service. This was not made clear upon check-in and should have been. The other issues included a locked exercise room without explanation during my entire stay, no breakfast for one day, and several breakfast machines (pancake, yogurt, juice) not working. The staff was nice and friendly, but this did not make up for the issues I had during my stay. I would not stay at this location again.

Very clean, and quite. Even for a Saturday night. Lobby was big. Breakfast was really more than I had expected. Loads of dinning choices in the location around this establishment to choose from. Not too far from the beaches, parks, and shopping centers. I will stay here again, and again.

Plus is that the beds was comfortable and they provide a hard and soft pillow. Greatly appreciated. Breakfast was also good both mornings. Negatives are noted in a lot of other reviews. Customer service is poor. You ask for a towel or blanket and they say it’ll be to your room and never comes. We asked for a blanket and they said they didn’t have any extra because the hotel was booked! Also booked here because they note they they have a pack and play for toddlers. When we arrived, they said they have to look. Called a few hours later and they said they don’t have them. I went to the front desk and magically one showed up in three minutes. Lights constantly flickering in the room and a strange smell through out. We won’t be staying here ever again.
