Terrible. Can’t confirm it, but I’m pretty sure they stole my car. No signs posted anywhere I come back to my vehicle missing. CIAA weekend out of state plates (rental). Teller looked shocked when she figured out i lived here. Also Prices are out of this world. Paid almost $400 to get my car back. Car was still warm when i got in it.

My car was towed after I parked in The Markets at Highlandtown's parking lot for 10 minutes. The driver who towed my car was not respectful. They only took cash and the driver told me to go get cash for him. I realized my car was being towed right outside of the supermarket, and I stopped him. He ended up charging me for $300. That was stealing money from other people. Your company and people are BAD. YOU GUYS DESERVE 0 STAR.

This company is stealing from people! Scott, the manager, is not doing anything about it. There were two guys who are pocketing the so-called “Drop-fee”. We were overcharged for the “drop-fee”, which was paid IN CASH. We called Greenwood Towing regarding this matter and according to Scott, the drivers said we didn’t pay anything. Their story was that they “felt sorry for us” and released the car free of charge. We made a police report regarding about this matter. There is surveillance video showing the drivers of the tow truck sitting in the truck waiting for us to get the money from the ATM. Scott does not care that they are stealing from us, nor does he care that they’re stealing from the company that he manages. IT’S A SCAM!!!! Please be careful if you encounter this towing company. ASK FOR A RECEIPT AND RECORD THEM. Take a picture of the drivers and the tag of the truck, so that you do not have to go to the extreme measures that I have. Do not allow them to over charge you! Scott apparently isn’t doing anything about this because one of the drivers in particular meets the quota every month, so he keeps him around.

The worst SCAMMERS IN BALTIMORE. They towed my vehicle from 3501 Eastern Avenue, which it's not the problem, the problem is they charged $450.00 cash but the receipt is only for $300. I called their office to ask for their towing prices and they told me $300, the driver and his assistance kept $150.00. They have someone on guard to inform them of violators so they can scam them out of money. This time they scammed the wrong Spanish family because I recorded a video where the assistance states I paid $450.00 and goes on to say this is a company scam. The video might not be admissible in court but I am sure the lawyers and judge will hear it. I will contact every company whose under contract with them and inform them they are dealing with a corrupted company.

An ADR stands for licensed automotive dismantler and recycler. Vehicles that remain in our possession after legal notification and a state-mandated waiting period are transferred to Greenwood Motor Co., another Greenwood entity. When the proper paperwork from Maryland’s Motor Vehicle Administration is in hand, our abandoned-car inventory is sold for parts to other ADRs.
We were established in 1925.
We have been the private-property towing provider of choice in Baltimore since 1925, and we are confident we will retain that status well into the future. Our tow-truck operators are licensed, bonded, and insured — and dedicated to staying on top of the latest towing rules and regulations in each community.
We work with property owners and their representatives to monitor private parking facilities and remove unauthorized vehicles, so you’ll have to start there. Ask if your parking garage or surface lot is registered with Greenwood Towing — or look for our signs on the property. Our tow-truck drivers are on patrol 24 hours a day, and they’re also available to respond to tow requests around the clock.
No, we are licensed to provide roadside assistance and trespass-towing services in the city of Baltimore, Howard County, and Anne Arundel County. We also handle police-initiated towing in Baltimore.
If your vehicle was towed in Baltimore during a Ravens game or another special event, dial 311 to determine whether it was taken to a city impound lot or another facility. If you were parked on private property without permission, chances are our trespass-towing team brought your vehicle to our 24-hour redemption center.
95% of it REPO, so my suggestion is pay your car payments and you will never have to worry if they are trustworthy or not.

Call Greenwood Towing for 24-hour lockout service. All our drivers are trained to address a range of automotive emergencies.
Our secure facility is accessible from the 1400 block of Whitelock Street in Baltimore, near several public transportation options.
Once the owner has been notified of the vehicle’s location by certified mail, the state of Maryland says it must be removed within 10 days. Vehicles that remain unclaimed for longer than 10 days are considered abandoned and may be sold for parts to licensed automotive dismantlers and recyclers.
We are open 24/7!
