Food is generally overpriced but the staff is nice. The best item is probably the milkshake. It's a quirky diner but not worth the price tag. You can either make the food for cheaper or find a cheaper diner.

Love this restaurant. I had not been here for sometime. Food was great and served in generous portions. Service was super. Fried potatoes were a little overcooked but service delivered fresh order with a smile. Can't wait to go back. You enjoy looking at the decor. I always see sometime I didn't see on my last visit.

Such a fun place! I highly highly recommend the Monte Christo!

Yes. Same as everyone else's response. Private parking lot across the street, street parking, and parking available to the rear of the building.
Yes there is. However, inside the restaurant may be a little challenging to navigate with a wheelchair... But it is possible.
I suggest you confirm the owner's gender. The longtime one is a woman. Not sure if she still owns it.
They Wipe down they tables after use the tables are separated by hard plastic panels and it doesnt really get very busy any time of the day. Masks are required for entry. They also request contact info in case there is an outbreak
Covid
They have been cutting back on hours for at least 10 years. First they stopped 24 hour service, but kept late hours on the weekend. My guess is that competition from R House and other businesses has taken its toll, so Paper Moon is now only open during peak hours.
Anytime. Just no carry out orders.
Yes there's a ramp to get into the restaurant. But it's a cramped restaurant. So if you can't get out of the wheelchair I would call first to see if they can accommodate you.
There are three metered spaces in front of the Papermoon Dinner, there is free parking along the side street next to the diner, they have a small parking lot in back of the building which is mostly handicapped and they have a larger parking lot just across the side street in which part of is free. The larger lot should accommodate an RV, depending on your RV size. Use Google maps street level view to see if the lot meets your needs.
I don't believe so. But you don't really need to make one, I've never really had to wait to long to get seated. Even with a party of like 5-6
