By far the worst dental practice I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had an eight am appointment that they cancelled by mistake, so they asked me to return at 3 PM, only to keep me waiting over an half an hour and I'm still waiting to be seen. This is horrible! Why people continue to go to this location is unknown, but horrible doesn't even describe the experience. At least the ladies at the front desk were kind, but the overall practice is unacceptable. It's a wonder that they don't lose all their patients and have to close up their practice due to incompetence. If you're looking for a dental office in the Waycross area, you're better off avoiding this one.

My time at Aspen was nothing short of phenomenal. The people there were nice as pie, friendly, competent and professional. Everything I needed to straighten out problems with my teeth was discussed in detail and they answered all of my questions. Once my treatment was completed, I was directed to the finance office to discuss payment methods. That too was a worry free experience. The bottom line is I recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who seeks the best experience possible from what is often thought of as an unpleasant ordeal.

My first visit was this past Friday. What a pleasant experience! As advertised, the initial exam and x-rays were at no charge. I elected to have the cancer screening done, and it was only $30.00. All of the staff and doctor were very pleasant, friendly, and answered questions patiently. Then to top off a great visit, I met with the Office Manager to discuss my dental needs, make a plan, as well as receive information on a dental discount program. This is something more physicians should offer in my opinion, as there are many uninsured, low income folk who need care. I can't wait for the next visit on Wednesday.

I had an emergency visit done. I needed two teeth pulled. Every single person in the office were very friendly and professional! I felt absolutely no pain at all! It was quick and easy! I found my new dentist!

Hi Leesa, Monday through Thursday, the office is open from 7:30am to 5:30pm. On Friday, the office is open from 8:00am to 2:00pm. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. - Krista, ADMI
