Finally canceling today. Worst office from staff to dr bethea himself. His hands shake so badly. While your child can be scheduled for a appointment at 9am and won’t be seen until 11/12! Extremely ridiculous.

I call every 2 weeks, I get told the same thing every time “call back in 2 weeks.” If you’re not going to accept new patients just tell people that. Don’t keep stringing them along making them think they’ll eventually get an appt.

Worse Dentist by far . Had my kids fillings done by him and when they went to another dentist they said they were not done correctly I think it’s time for him to retire and let’s add how rude the front desk lady is . They lack time management also expect to be there for hours . The Dentist shakes so bad while he’s doing the work also . Recommend finding a new dentist

You will definitely wait awhile. My child had an abscess and they placed her on a waiting list to have the tooth pulled. They could not give me a time frame on when she would be able to have surgery. I guess since she has medicaid she was placed on the list but if we would have had another insurance she would have a scheduled date. I expressed my concern about my child having to be on antibiotics every couple of weeks until this tooth was pulled but the staff were not concerned at all and were very rude.
