Very good experience. The technician, Jazz, that did MRI was super, super! Very friendly, professional, explained procedure, made sure I was comfortable, and did not rush! She even came out to waiting area to assist me! What more can I say, just thanks MSH for having great service! And thank you Jazz!

I changed my 5 star rating to a 3 star only because of experience that I had following surgery. After a recent major surgery April 25, the first night the nurses seem to be on it and attentive to my needs right after surgery. They were moving like clock work the same night I had surgery. The day after things seemed to have slowed down. I had to call for medication verses being given when I needed it. I saw the nurses less and less. I had to call for help to go to the bathroom and was told by one nurse that I didn't need to call for help when I needed to go, just get up and go as if I wasn't already weak, dizzy and in pain even moreso after my surgery. Another routine nurse I seemed to always have on my 3 day stay there attitude wasn't very pleasant to me. Since I was weak, she complained much about me not getting up and walking except the one time I did with her help. Yet thereafter, no one came in to assist me to try to get up and walking if that was what I needed. I guess she or they expected for me to get up and do it on my own. If so, that should have been stated. No one came in to ask if I wanted or needed a bath. I had to muscle up enough strength to wash up in the sink and change my clothing. Yet this same nurse I had comes in to make comments about me needing to shower and change my own bandages, yet didn't offer to assist me with a shower or bandages. In fact I thought my bandages wasn't supposed to get wet right after surgery while she insisted I needed a shower, but didn't assist to help me with the shower. I thought that was why I was there for them to assist me. Not I do it all myself or my husband. I guess this nurse thought I was just putting on a clean gown without at least washing up, surely because she knew she wasn't the one helping me. I received more complaints from her than help. It appeared to me she was more ready to get me up and out the place instead of helping me recover. I never knew her name, but if I did, I would definitely mention it here. I do know that she works on the baby's delivering floor of the hospital. So my stay wasn't very pleasant. My husband even noticed the same and said so.

I had to have a knee x-ray. The staff at the front desk was very kind and took all my information down with a smile. I wish I could remember her name. She then gave me directions to the x-Ray lab where I had about a 3 minute wait and was done in less than 5 minutes. Super impressed. As a Pastor I’ve been visiting folks there for years, but this was the first time I needed service. If you have to go to hospital, this is a great place with caring people to help you. God Bless.

I finally got the courage to schedule my first mammogram. I was nervous even though I knew this would be a routine visit and I shouldn’t be scared. Angela was the technician and she was wonderful. She walked me through everything I would experience and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time with me, explained each step, and was very kind through the process. She made me feel proud to be there knowing as a woman how important it was to have this done. I will never be scared again and will now make sure I continue my check ups. Thank you for making my experience so easy.
