I travel from SE Baltimore County to come here for my daughter. There is always a long long wait and nobody answers the phone. The voice mail is full. You can hardly get an appointment or talk with someone. This sucks when you try to stay within your own "community" and they are not professional enough to at least clear and respond to messages/calls. So we will be finding somewhere else to go. It's plain ridiculous!

The entire establishment is ghetto and unprofessional. The receptionist messed up my name and blamed it on the my insurance company lol. I went there only 3 times and never looked back. He is not the best communicator and needs to learn how to explain better to patients. Dont just tell them x,y, and z and expect us to know everything and then get snappy when we ask you questions. I will give props to only helping me fix my acne.
