Getting custom suits made at the QG has been by far the worst mistake I made in our wedding planning process, and I can only beg people not to work with this unreliable business. Spoiler alert: it's 3 days away and I will not have anything to wear. These people took thousands of dollars and three months to screw up every part of the order me and my soon-to-be-husband put in for our wedding suits, and I am now days away from my wedding with nothing to wear. One suit was ordered in the wrong fabric, another simply is not going to arrive before the wedding (and will also be in the wrong fabric). Throughout we have tried to be in touch, ask why things are delayed by weeks, and were given reassurance after reassurance that we would be fine and that Ronald was "micromanaging" the order. Because of the fine work of the QG, I am now three days from my wedding and need to go to the mall to buy a suit to wear. I cannot put into words how miserable and upsetting this is. These suits were a part of the wedding both of us were incredibly excited about, and given every opportunity not to, they have completely ruined it.
