It hard to get through to make an appointment I left my number no one called me back plus mail box is full. I have an referral from my doctor I have floaters in my eye I will continue to try to make an appointment. I called on September 30, 2922 mail box full time 9.28 am will call later.

Last Tuesday, I was excited to set up an eye appointment at this location because it was close to my home and accepted my insurance with specific providers. When I initially called, one specific woman who answered made my experience the WORST I have ever had. Immediate, she had an attitude when speaking, cut me off when I was asking questions, her tone of voice was condescending and she did not even know what Medicaid was (which is concerning of any practice in a medical field). When I asked if a specific doctor was available because I knew they were covered under my insurance, she acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job. I cancelled the appointment I had made with the office because of this first impression. Hopefully these calls are audited because this is not the first time I have seen someone comment on the unprofessionalism of the front desk personnel.
