Save your time, money, and frustration and just go to Lowes or Home Depot. Selection of actual hardware/home improvement goods is very limited. Prices for what they have are not across the board competitive with the big guys. Subjective return policy, which in an era when everyone else takes everything back, is not worth the potential frustration.

I brought a capacitor and I was told to use a newer model by a store technician. I told him the capacitor looked bigger, he replied. it should work. After taking the capacitor home It was way to big to fit. They would not give me a refund or swap out for a new capacitor that would fit. I was told no refunds sorry. Horrible customer service! I will never go to the store again and will make sure all other military members I associate with understand and know the risk of doing business with a shady Hardware store like Ace Hardware Bloomingdale.

I like this store...I like the employees in the store...I like the inventory in the store. They never miss greeting you as you walk in, and always ask if you need help. If I am grazing, no problem. If I need directions, they will get me there. And then, you have the guys in the middle of the store that can help even more.

Very friendly staff. Store is neat n clean. I called ahead, so they had exactly what I needed. They have a wide variety of products. Almost bought a straw hat. Lots of "stuff" that you don't "really" need, but you just might want/need anyway. Been here before and I have no reason to not go back. So, I will.
