Tonight I bought a large box perfume set at Sephora. They were out of large bags. They told me I could go get the front register and ask for one. I went there she gave me a medium bag. The box was too big it didn't close I asked for a large bag. She said she couldn't give out bags company policy. Wait WHAaaaaaaattttt????? I walked back to customer service who. Guess what....gave me a large bag no questions.

Amazon returns are handled very swiftly. Had a pleasant experience. Other than that prices for normal clothing articles are bit higher than normal. Parking space is convenient. Staff is friendly to interact with.

Best place to shop; you always pay less when you get to cash register than you thought you would. Don't know how it happens. Every. Time. Also it's the place to make Amazon returns for which the store either gives you a $5 credit or a 25% discount. Cool.

This store is a disaster. I used to love shopping here, it was my favorite store, but after COVID it just went downhill. I don’t know if they are low on employees or if they aren’t getting their stock regularly, but their jewelry is running low (in the first picture) their makeup section is bare (second pic). There are a lot of handbags (third pic) but even those are all over the place. Honestly I’ve seen garage sales more in order than this. It’s no longer a pleasant shopping experience.
