I’ve lived here for about three years now yes the manager is nice and so is the maintenance guy Dan. The only thing I don’t like about living here is THERE IS ALWAYS BED BUG INFESTATIONS ITS GROSS… some of the residents are sweet hearts. But the things that go on shouldn’t be. I think this building needs A lot of upgrades and better things. Other than that I like it.

In the last 6 plus years I’ve been here at Tamarack we finally have a good manager. She’s proactive about maintenance and any other issues that come up. She answers questions no matter how insignificant it may seem. She’s really turning this building around for the better.

I live on the fourth floor and have never seen kids on my floor let alone anyone rowdy. It's also for people with disabilities. I'm 42. I rarely see kids period. At least since I moved in. The fourth floor is very quiet.
Dogs can not weigh over 30 pounds unless you have a service or emotional animal then there is no restriction
Some people need to understand. People is allowed to have animals just keep them under control. And as for kids most of us all had kids. No should they be running up and down the hall do I believe the ones you're talking about here going up and down the hall when they visit the grandmother. No and the rules are changing all the time u never know what they will be next month. And not ppl complain if u have 2 cars and one parked in the BK where no one parks. And is there still issues here with bed bugs I'm sure there is like anywhere else there is an out break in every state even Chicago. But I hate it here and hope move

Yes and I believe they do it used to be only seniors but they have lifted some of the age requirements
