Yes and I believe they do it used to be only seniors but they have lifted some of the age requirements

Absolutely there's a wait list. It can take 6 months to 1 year to be approved. It's income based and is through HUD. The application can all be taken care of in person, or emailed to you to print out. I spoke to such a kind, wonderful, patient, professional property manager Pearl. She said you'll need original copies of your birth certificate, social security card, and ID, and must have the application notarized. My husband and I both on disability wanted to move within a month to this beautiful place, but need to wait, but still very much want to live here.
