I have been coming to Good Life for a long time coming multiple times a month and i have never felt disrespected like I did today. There were two shift leaders on staff and a regular worker and no one in line, no one acknowledged me standing in line. I made eye contact with 2 of the employees and they didn’t even acknowledge that i was standing there. No one attempted to offer any help or ask what i needed. I turned around and left without anyone even saying anything to me after standing there for a while. Ice cream is phenomenal but customer service is very lacking.

We hired Good Life Ice Cream & Treats' truck to arrive on-location for our wedding, and it was a wonderful experience. Our guests loved it! My wife and I comparison shopped among all the ice cream trucks in the area, and Good Life (specifically the sundae package) was a clear winner in terms of value. They offered great ice cream flavors, and even an Italian ice option. Good Life were very kind to our guests, including many kids in our party, who loved the experience of ordering at the truck and most of whom came back for another serving! They were great with communicating with us during the wedding planning, and arrived at our venue with perfect timing.
