The psychiatrist that work there is amazing, takes his time, and listens to you. The front desk team is amazing too. But the only problem I have at this clinic is the black nurse that works there. She is very rude and She forces you to let her check your weight and blood pressure. She says you have to get your weight and blood pressure checked or the psychiatrist will refuse to treat you. The nurse there don't know how to check blood pressure properly. I get high readings every time I get checked by the same nurse. I get my blood pressure checked at my PCP and the BP readings are good. I have every right to refuse a blood pressure screening at a psychiatrist because before coming to the Sweet Center, I've had a different psychiatrist from out of state and they did not check weight nor blood pressure.

Yareis is extremely unprofessional! Our very first visit and I had to ask for a different consoler! We weren't in the room but for 3 minutes. She couldn't get my child's name right , I couldn't understand anything she said to me . I started to explain the reason for our visit and my mask wasn't coving part of my nose and she freaked out. Put her hands up and told me I was making her uncomfortable we were more then 10 feet apart, my mouth was completely covered ! I get being nervous about covid , but she acted as if I had covid and was extremely rude. WHAT A WARM WELCOME !

Yes..
No you have to go through open access if it's been longer than 3 months.
Monday-Friday anytime before 2pm I believe. Recommended to be there by 1:30pm at the latest as any later and they won't accept for intake. Allow for a 30min appointment, give or take depending on your situation.
Yes. Just call and tell them youre a first time patient. Everyone is really nice there
Yes, you have to go through an intake process, call office for times prior to coming
No. It's like a clinic
If it's your first appointment you should be there super early because they fill up fast and they will make you come back another time. My first appointment for my son we waited 5 hours and I was there by 7:30. They told me future appointments would not take near as long.
yes come in early mon 715 am
Any ID !!
They have therapy classes that are free several days a week. Free. Just show up. Fridays 10-12
Open access is Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday...
Walk in any day, pay based on your income or insurance. They may not see u that day...it can take up to 6 weeks for a new patient appointment. If its an emergency, go to the ER...and Baker Act Yourself...they can hold u up to 72 hours...but will make sure you have your meds to take home with you(a months supply).. And will give you a paper to call and set up an appointment at Sweet center before your scripts run out
They charge you on an sliding scale. I have no insurance and it's free for me.
Monday – Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday, 8am-4pm That is what is on the website, and I believe that is the updated times.
