This is the worst dr I have ever seen. He asked me about why I was there so I told him did he read my 8 page I filled inter at ur own rist out.then he told me to hold a cup in my hand an the other then.he proceeded to tell me all the ppl he saw that day with what I was claiming about proceeded to tell me I didn't have Parkinson an proceeded to tell me if the tremors really bothered me to call to get meds.not got yo tell him my whole rt arm goes knumb. I was in less than min I sure don't recommend him to anyone

The irony of his last name is funny considering there was nothing JOYous about the entire experience. The office is disgusting and severely dated. The staff is rude and would benefit from customer service training not to mention Dr. Joy is insensitive. We came from out of town and experienced a lot of detours which caused a 20 min delay. Despite calling enroute (had to leave a message, with no call back) we were denied service because we were late. Tried explaining we'd taken off of work and we're from out of town along with the detours and the staff and the doctor wouldn't even allow us to wait for possible cancellation or squeeze in. We understand doctor's offices are on a schedule but at the same timethere should be some type of flexibility. Perhaps this was for the best considering their office, staff and Dr.'s attitude. I don't usually leave reviews but hopefuly if this review will save others time and money it will have served the purpose... I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is rude. They were talking about me among themselves and it wasent until I sat there for 45 minutes that I realized they were talking about me. If I didnt do something right whilst checking in they could have told me. Instead they chose just let me sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes with my 3 year old. The "doctor" only asks you if you can touch your nose....only helpful when I need my meds refilled.
