Dr Miranda and his Staff are outstanding. My wife and I have been getting treated for a couple of years and have had outstanding service. Dr Miranda is a very professional and caring person.

Front office staff was very rude, argued with me about personal info on file when I had NEVER been to their ofc before. Then, when I took disc of x-rays back, that person was also EXTREMELY rude. Why are these RUDE people working with sick people, we feel bad enough as is without having to deal with ADDITUDE.

When you walk in the first thing you MUST do is pay or arrange finances at the front desk. Once completed you must check-in for appointment. Then wait. Once called you go to a private room. Then wait. In my case I waited 10 minutes after appointment time in initial waiting room then an additional 18 minutes in the private room. I am a disabled veteran who was sent for an “consultation” appointment with Dr Amann. I was seen by U. Paul Harinarine, PA-C. Paul didn’t do Dr Amann any favors. In fact, Paul, was so cold mannered towards me, a stranger/patient/client, you would have thought I’d done something horribly wrong against him. As I began to stand I fell. Paul, turned his back on me. As I struggled to stand, with the help of my own caretaker, Paul said ,”what’s wrong with you?”. At that moment Paul was what was wrong. The VA Community Care ensured all my records and radiology records, which were recent, yet this place wanted to do everything locally and within their own lousy network. A money grab and outright fraud if you ask me. This clinic obviously picks and chooses the easiest of procedures to scam insurance and patients. When you’re going to a consultation and paying for a consultation by god you should get a consultation and a consultation with the Doctor you paid to see not an appointment with a rude obnoxious person like Paul who has no business dealing with the public much less patients like me with very serious problems.

I went to see Dr. Hostler for a suspected neuropathy issue. He was very direct and drilled down to many details of my life to begin his diagnosis. He scheduled me for tests and diagnosed me within 10 days. The Dr is very business like, and the reviews on the staff I can see? But my experience so far is they also are just very business like. Not real friendly...? But also not rude. Happy so far with everything.

I had surgery in 2014 by a neurosurgeon at your facility. I can't remember his name but last name started with"B". Could I get his name so I can refer him to someone?
