If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst flower experience. Delivery status showed delivered but never came. Called and they said they'd send new flowers. They showed up 2 days later half dead. Do not order from this trash company

UPDATE 10/4/22: STILL ZERO STARS!!!!!! Connie, the woman that works there, is very rude and nasty. She said she has instructed "her girls" to hang up if my sister calls there to follow up on the alleged refund they are supposed to be offering because they do not like her attitude!!! Well I told her that I don't like that my sister paid for fresh flowers, but I got plastic! She said they are silk, and they use them when fresh are not available. I said to her, How can you not have sunflowers available in September? She said Ma'am I am hanging up now goodbye! What a nasty way of doing business! My sister sent me flowers for my birthday last week. First off, they were never delivered - they claimed they could not find my business which is very easy to find. The lady there, Connie, said she could not reach her driver to have him come back. So I ended up going to pick up the flowers. Connie insisted on bringing them to my car, which I thought was nice. They were wrapped fairly well, so I only saw the tops of them... I got home and took off the tissue paper and they put FAKE sunflowers in there! FAKE! As in plastic flowers! In the height of sunflower season too!! The flower arrangement itself was mediocre ( I could have done better) but they fact that they used fake flowers was just appalling! That was on Thursday. On Friday, I tried calling Penny Lane, and they would not answer from my cell or my work number. My sister called and they did answer from her out of state number, and Connie blamed her driver for the fake flowers. She promised my sister that she would send a most beautiful arrangement of all sunflowers on Monday and that she was sorry. Of course NOTHING ever came! And also they will not answer ANY of our numbers! I always thought of Penny Lane as reputable, but I would NOT recommend this one at all!!! They really suck!!! My sister is calling the better business bureau on them... terrible way to do business!

I hope you are reading this review prior to purchasing flowers and not after ordering them like I did. I ordered flowers on Tuesday to be delivered same day. The recipient was not home but they were told they would be redelivered on Weds.by 3:00. On Thursday she received a plant. (I ordered flowers). They said they would deliver the correct flowers on Friday. When I called on Sat. asking where the delivery was, Connie rudely told me she would check and let me know and then hung up on me when I asked for the owner or mangers name. The flowers were finally delivered on Sunday and were not anywhere close to what I had ordered. Per their website, it says they will provide a refund if you are not 100% satisfied which I was not at all. Connie (the owner, but says she is not) told me they can substitute flowers and what she sent was better than what I ordered and refused a refund. Through out this whole ordeal not once did she offer an apology or even a kind word. Please go elsewhere for your flowers!

I should have listened to the reviews. Ordered same day delivery flowers and they were never delivered (my mom was home all day so she would have answered the door). I have tried calling and emailing and have gotten no response in return. Save the trouble and get flowers from a shop who cares about their customers!!!

I was told that my daughter was get her delivery today on her birthday of half of dozen of flowers,bear and chocolate since Saturday that I make the purchase over the phone, nobody has give me an update yet also i been calling and no ones answer.

They never answer the phones. I have seen the absolutely worst flowers come from them to the funeral home and have tried to contact them. No success. Better Business Bureau has them noted.

I placed an order with you on yesterday and cannot reach you by phone. PLEASE RETURN MY CALLS.

I drove out to Westminster to place an order in person. It was decided, with the sales person, what I wanted. I paid. Well, an entirely different arrangement was sent and not as nice as was chosen. I tried for days, and then a couple of times a week, to reach someone. I emailed and called. There was never a response. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend.
