July 30, 2022: I would've been willing to tip the driver AT LEAST $5, but they left the pizza at my door without even knocking. Apparently it was more important to him to save 20 seconds of free time rather than to collect a tip.

Totally failed this time! We have ordered Dominos for years, especially on work nights! I work customer service myself and no not everytime you win..these days for sure! But what happened to Domino's?? For take out pizza it used to be our #1 choice! 1st off we couldn't order the Pizza we actually wanted to order because it would not come on the Brooklyn style crust. Then the pizza we ordered, came on the wrong crust anyway! It was overcooked and even drenched in salad dressing was not edible. There was hardly any toppings on the pizza , the bacon we ordered was non-existent! And the chicken wings we ordered where are ridiculously fatty and semi undercooked. To top it off our food was not even hot when we got it. Sorry guys,you lost us as customers. Considering we paid $50 for the order, it is not worth our money any more!

I am an absolute fan of my local domino's . My neighborhood domino's is the best . They are always fast and accurate and on time. Nothing but the best.

Edited from a one star. I’ve ordered pizza from them since then and the experience has been good. The one star review was because the food took a very long time (like 2 hours and it had been sitting out a while.) and I was hangry.
