Sleazy business practices for store credits for returning used printer cartridges for recycle. Was told I couldn't use my credit the same day and had to wait 24 hours. I returned to the store 2 weeks later to use the credit, and was told the credit expired as I hadn't spent at least $10 in the month of the credit. It's always sleazy when a business doesn't verbally communicate use of store credit.
