10 people in the kitchen. 2 cars at drive through. I had to wait almost 15 min for my order inside. One of the employee was just standing there. Burger as always great but service level not what you expect at a fast food joint.

We bought food for 4 people, $52 for fast food. The food was fine, not great, but edible. Ordered the fish & fires, the fish is so thin I the layer of batter was equal to the layer of fish. The kids enjoyed their milkshakes. But the overall food was not worth $52

Very expensive for fast food and incredibly slow. It took 20+ minutes to go through the drive-thru and all we ordered was 3 milkshakes. Our milkshakes were by the window waiting and melting as the people ran around making other orderes and we waited at that window for 6 minutes. Could have just handed us the milkshakes and let us go. It was frustrating. They do use local ingredients which is great.

This was our first time eating at Burgerville. The prices are a little high for the quality of burgers you get. $8 for one burger? Yeah, I don't know about that. Would I go out of my way to get another burger here? Probably not. The shakes are good though.
