We recently chose Wedgwood Gardens for a short stay for a family member. We were all very happy with the level of care received, particularly with the physical therapy sessions. The staff also made outside doctors appointments and ordered all items needed for the home once discharged. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wedgwood Gardens was the facility we choose for our loved one. This facility was very clean, the employees were friendly and helpful, and the nursing care was great. We feel like we made the best choice by choosing Wedgwood Gardens. It did not hurt that the administration (Kristy) was always available with immediate responses, as well as Debbie and Melanie from social services. If you are looking for placement for a loved one, look no further, Wedgwood Gardens should be your choice.

Both my parents had brief stays at Wedgewood Gardens. At the recent stay there, my Dad was treated with compassion and respect. The staff was accommodating with any request. I would like to highlight a special nurse, Laura. She was always available and willing to answer any questions or concerns. She always made sure my dad who is 93 years old had a clear understanding of what was going on with his medication and care. Laura went above and beyond and my family is so grateful.

My Uncle was treated with such disrespect by administration when we questioned the care he was receiving. One in particular Laura was the most unprofessional and vulgar nurse I have ever witnessed . The social worker Debbie basically told us if we didn’t like it there we could leave, however the point of No Return for my Family and I was when we asked to speak to the administrator and was told we could speak to the Assistant Administrator who belittled us in front of what she called “her team “of the above names . Christie was so Disrespectful blaming my Uncle for being behavioral and uncooperative clearly this was a lie as this was never an issue in any other Facility over the last 10 years. When my Aunt asked to speak to the owner she was told he is retired and she spoke to the person in charge Christie . After speaking to staff we were informed the many staff who recently quit due to the abusive treatment by these individuals quoting “and there is nothing no one can do that’s why we all looking “ this clearly made our decision to remove my uncle the correct one. He has been in another Facility now for three months where he has done amazing , and put first when it comes to care, complaints, or needs not blamed. I recommend doing your own investigating before placing a loved one in a place like Wedgewood Gardens .
