THEY RESCHEDULED ME 5 TIMES! First they told they would be able to fix my glass the same day I called. Then it turned into a week or 2 week out. I wait the day of I get a call saying they broke the glass and the next day they show up with the wrong glass and won't have the right one till October 4th and I called my insurance and they have it on record that I told them it was rear passenger quarter panel and NOT the rear back glasss even Geico has it on file. Then after they showed up with the wrong piece of glass and color. They tell me on Monday or Tueday of 9/26 or 9/27. They tell me they're going to order the correct glass and tint for it to arrive on Monday 10/3 to be installed on 10/4. On 10/4 at my appointment time they at 8AM they call me to tell me the part has never shipped, it is on back order and they do not know when it will ship or become available nor if it's gonna be OEM or aftermarket. This is something you give a customer a heads up on especially because I CALLED THE ON MONDAY 10/3 to confirm everything would be okay for 10/4. I had to clean out my garage for an hour to make space for the satellite tech to replace the window due to the rain. Just to be told they can't do it today or anytime soon. I'm talking to my insurance right now to find a professional glass replacement shop to fix my broken read quarter panel.

Dropped my vehicle off early in the morning and was told that I would get a phone call when completed... I called the location late in the afternoon....the vehicle was done by lunchtime....never got a call. Go figure Installation is fine.

In order to speak to a live person you must work your way through through automated system. I pressed the operator button. The system finally connected me. It took 3 to 4 minutes. The thing I don't like is that you may call the local store but you get rerouted to a call center. In my case, I wanted to know the status of my windshield replacement and was told by the operator that she would call the store and find out even though I dialed the local number. The system to actually speak to you're local store. In my opinion...is not customer friendly.
No. All modern windshields are sealed internally with polymer urethane glue. These models also dont usually require a underside molding either.
